Terms of service

By placing an order with us, you confirm that:

(i)               you are making an offer to purchase a product;

(ii)              you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract; and

(iii)            all information provided is accurate, complete, and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Please note that receiving an order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion.

Before accepting an order, we may require verification of the information provided. Upon delivery, you agree that our employees or representatives may request to verify your National Identity Card or any valid proof of age to confirm that you meet the legal age requirement. If this requirement is not met, the order will be cancelled and returned.

We reserve the right, at any time after receiving your order, to accept, modify, or decline it (in whole or in part), even after an order confirmation has been issued, for any reason. We may also limit quantities purchased and refuse service without prior notice.

In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or other error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any such order, whether or not it has been processed. If payment has already been made, a refund will be issued for the incorrect amount charged.

Orders for which payment is not received within 72 hours may be automatically cancelled.
