Refund policy

If we are unable to fulfil your paid order, we will refund you within a maximum of 14 days.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 7–14 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition
  • It must be in the original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
  • Used or damaged items (unless received defective)

 

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 10–14 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • If a product is not available, upon your consent, we will replace it by a more or less similar product. We can also issue a gift voucher of the corresponding amount which you can use in your future purchase

 

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged upon delivery

In the case of exchange, please contact PADELHOUSE with photos of the product.

 

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

 

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company (processing time may vary)
  3. Contact your bank

If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

 

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Name
  • Photos of the item

We will arrange a replacement or refund.
