Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email.

2. Local Delivery / Pickup

We may offer:

  • Local delivery within selected regions
  • Store pickup (you will be notified when your order is ready)

 

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your preferences.

·        A minimum delivery fee of Rs. 250 is applicable for home delivery.

·        No delivery fee is applicable if you opt for click and collect.

 

4. Estimated delivery times:

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors.

5. Delays

While PADELHOUSE aims to deliver within the estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to:

  • High order volumes
  • Weather conditions
  • Courier issues

We appreciate your patience in such cases.

6. Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping and billing addresses are correct.
PADELHOUSE will not be responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

For any lost order or reception of damaged goods, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
PADELHOUSE will investigate and offer a suitable solution.
